先日の電話会議の際に、「次回の対面会合に持ち越す」などチームのコメントを貴方がエクセル表に記入していたかと思うのですが、あの表を送っていただけないでしょうか。ちょっとスピードについて行けず、全ての項目を把握できていないため、社内で検討するに際に抜けが出てしまう恐れがありそうです。
それからプロジェクトAの電話会議の日程について、山田さんから問合せがあったかと思いますが、こちらについてもご教示いただきたくお願いいたします。

As I cannot follow the speed, we might miss some parts when we discuss in the company since we have not understood all items.
