I still don’t have detail information for making a such important and critical decision as Japanese market is one of my top 3 ultimate markets. I don’t think it makes sense for me to make decision based on email communications.

As mentioned, I am participating in September SCAJ event, so we’d better have a face-to-face meeting at your office after the show and discuss further.
Together with my CEO, we can visit your office. You could also visit my booth to see the market feedback during the exhibition.
