We are sorry to hear this happened. I have submitted a claim to FedEX about the damage to the Preamplifier. They need pictures of the outside of the box & the packaging on the inside. Would it be possible for you to get those and send back to me? I too am surprised this happened. We took extra care in packaging so this wouldn't happen. We appreciate you working with us. The best we can offer you is $150 discount, based on what FedEx will give us back for the damages, or supply you with an account/label to ship back to us. Hope you find this as a fair resolution to the situation.
今回起こった事を聞いて残念に思います。私はプリアンプの破損についてフェデックスにクレームを提出しました。箱の外側と内側の梱包の写真がいるそうです。写真を私に送って頂く事は可能でしょうか。私も今回の件には非常に驚いています。私どもは梱包に細心の注意わ払ったので破損は起こりえないのです。写真を送って頂けると幸いです。私どもが出来る最善のことは、破損に対してフェデックスが私どもに返金するものに基づいて$150値引きさせて頂くか、勘定書や荷札でもって私どもに返送して頂くことを提供するかです。この状況に公平な解決が出来ることを望んでいます。
