今回の発送方法には残念ながら追跡番号は付いておりません。
商品を配達状況を確認する事ができません。
おそらくですが、配送途中に紛失したものと考えられます。

今回の件について、２案の提案をさせていただきたいと考えております。
1) 商品代金＋送料の全額を返金。
　Amazonを通じて全額返金をさせていただきます。

2) 再度、商品を発送させていただきます。
　週末のため、出荷は月曜日もしくは火曜日頃の出荷になります。
　出荷完了から到着まで５日〜８日ほどお時間がかかると思われます。

Unfortunately there isn't a chasing number in this shipping method.
It is not possible to confirm the situation of delivered products.
It has been lost in the way of delivery, I suppose.

I'm thinking that I'd like to propose 2 plans about this matter.
1) Repaying the full amount of the merchandise and shipping charge.
I'll do the full amount repayment through Amazon.

2)Shipping a same product once again.
Shipment will be around next Monday or Tuesday because of it is a weekend.
It seems to take for 5 days tot 8 days from shipment completion to arrival.
