問題なのは、それ以外の商品の印刷デザインや生地の違いについては、商品説明文に全く記載されておらず、
また、ebayの掲載写真と全く異なることです。
「スプールが木製に変更された」だけではなく、その他について多くの点で違いがあり、掲載写真とは明らかに別物の商品です。
「2ヵ月以上…」の点については、あなたの事情だと思われますので、こちらには関係ありません。引き続き、返金返品要求をさせていただきます。

We purchased it while we were fully aware that the spool is made of wood, not metal. The problem is that the product description does not mention any other differences such as product printing design and cloth. Also, it differs completely from the photo on eBay.
In addition to the spool being changed to wood, there are many other differences, and it is clearly a different from the one in the photo.
