昨日この注文につてチャットでValenciaと話をしました。
以下がその内容です。

UPSに確認したところ、2つのパッケージは紛失したようです。
送り人からUPSに電話連絡するように指示されました。
vendorにUPSへ連絡するように依頼して下さい。

先ほど、Order#60と同じラグをを再注文しました。（いつも御社にこのように指示されるので。）
ベンダーに事情を説明して必ず2月19日までに届けるように依頼して下さい。

届かなかった2枚分のラグはキャンセルです。
返金処理をお願いします。

I chatted with Valencia about this order on the Internet yesterday.
Here is what we talked about.

According to UPS, 2 packages are missing.
I was told the sender needs to reach UPS by telephone.
Please tell the vendor to contact UPS.

Please explain the reason to the vendor and ask them to deliver it by 19 February.

Please cancel 2 rugs which were not delivered and arrange a refund.
