貴社から米国に送っていただいた商品が、
米国通関で通過できなかったため御社に返送された案件について。
先日、一度は日本の住所に送ってほしいと依頼しましたが、
変更して今回返送分はキャンセルを希望します。
理由は品物到着まで予定より非常に時間がかかった上、
金額も大きいため資金面で当方に難があるため
一旦、今回返送された商品分は商品が貴社に届き確認できましたら、
早急にすべて返金をしてください。
御社が一度米国に配送した際の送料は当方が負担しますので、
送料を差し引いた差額分を返金してください。

The other day, I requested you to send your products to Japan once but I would like to cancel my request.
It is because it took too long for the products to arrive and the price is too high.
Once you confirmed the receipt of the products I returned, please make a full refund.
