こちらの商品はまだ輸送中です。
正式な返品申請はまだ行われていません。

お客様は注文後、他のショップでより安く商品を見つけたので、
注文をキャンセルしてくれと連絡してきました。
しかし残念ながら、注文から日数が経過していたため、
その時すでに私達は商品を発送した後でした。
よってもし商品を返品したい場合は、
商品到着後にまた連絡を下さいとお伝えしています。

I have not received an official return request.

The buyer contacted me to tell that ' I found a more reasonable product,
I would like to cancel my order.'
However, the product has alreday been shipped since the buyer requested few days after
the order.
So I told that if you would like to return it, please contact me after you have received the product.
