The postman has just dropped off the Titanium DX Stove and unfortunately it is even worse than the first one, the box shows no visible signs of damage, but its certainly not strong enough to stop any damage occurring. Looking at the item I would say this is a seconds, it certainly doesn't look like it was checked beforehand.
Can I suggest before you send a replacement that it is checked beforehand by taking out of the box, and then packaging in more than a jiffy bag so to prevent any damage in transport.

郵便局員がTitanium DX Stoveを配達してくれたのですが、残念ながら最初のものよりも酷いものでした。箱には目に付くダメージはありませんでしたが、どんなダメージが起きても防ぐことができないようなほど確実に弱々しいものでした。商品を見たところ二流品で事前に検品を行ったようには見えませんでした。
交換品を配送する際の提案なのですが、箱から取り出して事前に検品し、配送中のいかなるダメージも防止できるような頑丈なバッグで梱包すべきだと思います。
