私は11/22　オンラインショップで、Aを購入しました。
ギターの注文ができているのか、発送がいつになるのかをご連絡ください。

先ほど御社のオンライショップにログインしようとした所、私のメールアドレスが
データベースに無いと表示されます。

ですが、私は間違いなく御社のオンラインショップで購入をしました。
支払はPayPalで行いました。
PayPalの取引 IDはBです。PayPalにも確認しましたが支払は出来ています。

私はeBayではなく、御社のオンラインショップで直接購入しました。

But i want to clarify that i did bought a guitar from your company.
The payment was made bPayPal.
The PayPal transaction ID is B. I've also got a confirmation from PayPall that the money has been transferred.
For the above transaction, I did not bought in eBay but in your company's online shop.
