the wrong guitar was send back on Wednesday, 12.11.

Please understand that I will forward the case to Ebay Customer Service if I have not received the instrument be Monday, 17th November, just not to pass any deadlines. Also please understand that any communication has to take place between me and the original Seller, into sound, no matter whose responsibility it is.

訳自体は問題ないと思います。自然な日本語に訳すのが難しい文でしたが、just not to pass any deadlines 「締切厳守で、期限厳守で」みたいな訳はどうですかね。
