英語がネイティブではないので上手く理解できないのですが、
例えばGoogleやYahoo、YouTube、iTunesなどのサイトを追加することはできますか？
もしくは自分で特定のサイトを追加するのはかなり難しいでしょうか？

For example, could you tacked on site such as Google, Yahoo, YouTube, iTunes, etc. ?
Or is it too hard for you to tack on specific website by yourself?

First sentence is not well organized so that it can be received well. Native English speaker and Native speaker of English are both OK but native speaker of English sounds better to me.
