あなたのメールに書いてある(A)とは(B)のことでしょうか？私も(B)は大好きですよ。職場の近くに(B)を提供している定食屋さんがあるのですが、数週間に1度は食べに行ってます。

明日は私の誕生日で30歳になります。もう20代と言えなくなってしまいますね(笑)
20代を振り返ると楽しかったことや後悔していることが色々思い浮かびます。後悔していることの1つは英語をまともに勉強しなかったこと！これからの一年で少しは話せるようになりたいですね。

Does (B) that you've mentioned in your e-mail mean (B)? I also like (B) very much. There is a restaurant near our office which serve (B), and I go there to eat them at least once a week.
I will become 30 years old tomorrow, which is my birthday. I can't say I'm in my 20's any more (ha-ha).
When I look back at my 20's, many happy memories as well as regretful ones cross my mind. One of my regretful ones, is that I didn't study English seriously! I would like to become able to speak a little in the upcoming year.
