日本ではFAXでは認めてもらえません。実際に確認しましたが、ビジネス用のAについては必ずBが必要となり、もしBが入手できなければ彼はCに行くことはできません。ホテルのキャンセル等でかなりお客様が怒っているので、彼にかわって私が代理で申請することになりました。
速達で至急オリジナルを送付してください。いつ頃到着するかも教えてください。
また、以下追記した後に送付してください。
・Dearに「○○」
・イベント名と詳細概要（日程、場所、規模、イベントの目的、必ずDの出席が必要であること）

The fax is not acceptable in Japan. I actually got confirm that A for business must need B, so if he can't get B, he won't be able to enter to country C. The customer is really angry about the cancellation of the hotel etc., so I will apply instead of him.
