I spent between 4&5 hours packing your cd player so it wouldn't get damaged.
I have shipped many other pieces with glass faces without problems.
Does the carton show any damage?
If so please send me pictures.
Can you install the glass yourself or have someone do it at your expense if I pay the $150 ($135 + $15 shipping) cost for the new glass.
I would then try to get part of it back from UPS for myself.
You must keep all packing materials for UPS to see.
You would then have a better CD player (brand new glass with no imperfections) than you would have had to begin with. Still at a very good price.
Also, it cost $28 more to ship because you changed the shipping address from Florida to Oregon After the purchase!
