私はHSBCに口座を持っています。

先日、日本でHSBCに対応したATMから資金の引き出しをしようとしたところ、できませんでした。
私の口座は現在はATM引き出し不能の状態なのでしょうか？

インターネットバンキングから新しいセキュリティーデバイスの更新手続きも終了し、
残高も確認できるので、口座が凍結しているわけではないと思います。
ATMの引き出しだけ制限されることもあるのでしょうか？

もし、その場合はどのように制限を解除すればよいのか教えて下さい。

I own a bank account at HSBC

As i was about to withdraw the money for the caution from an ATM that support HSBC, I couldn't.
Currently, is there something that make it impossible for me to withdraw money from an ATM ?

I have complete the procedure for the new security device from my bank internet service and by checking the balance of my account, it seems that my account haven't been frozen.
Is it possible that just the withdrawing from an ATM have been limited ?

If that is the case,I would like you to tell me how I can remove that limitation.
