アマゾン側の表記ミスで商品名違い、クレームになております。

アマゾン米国の商品名が４個パックになっています。
アマゾン日本ではこの商品は１個です。

こちらとしましても表記に気付けなかったミスがございまが、
この件に関して私の方に非はないことと思いますので、
クレーム等でアカウント評価が下がることのないよう対応して頂きたく思います。

現在、既に送ったお客様や、注文が入っている方へ返品・返金を対応しており、
お客様はもちろん、私も大変迷惑がかかっています。

至急、対応お願いします。

Due to mistake of listing by Amazon, name of the item is different and it is a claim.

The 4 item names of Amazon USA are in a pack.
By Amazon Japan, the item is 1.

It is our mistake that I have not found how it is listed,
but it is not my fault for this.
So I request that you do not lower the rating by this claim, etc.

I am returning the item and refunding to customers to whom I sent and from whom
I received order. Not only you but also I are in a serious trouble.

I request that you handle it immediately.
