私は御社から、不足していた片方の靴が届いたと連絡を受けました。
御社は片方が不足している場合、発送を許可しないので、商品は必ず受け取っていますよね？
今日までに、私たちは日本の税関・配送業者に連絡して調べました。
税関では一切開封はしてないとのことです。
私たちが確認したいのは、この不足分を本当に発送したのかということです。
検査の訓練を受けていることはわかりました。
しかし、人間ならミスはあります。
