はじめまして。過去形での使用も間違えではありませんが、alreadyを用いる時は完了時制で用いられることが多いです。前文との関連から、◎◎と◯◯と▲▲はすでに受け取っている、ということの様なので、今回は完了時制が良いかと思います。また、「If you have the inventory」の部分は、備考欄によると既に在庫切れのようなので、違う表現でも良いのかなという気がしました。
