教えていただいたGLSで調べてみました。
弊社が7/8に発注した商品を御社は7/22に発送しているということですか？
発注から発送まで何日も経っていますが、どういうことですか？説明してください。
このような事が何度かあるので、大変困っています。
7/8と7/11に発注した商品をとにかく早く届けて下さい。

I have investigated with GLS which you mentioned.
Does this mean that you have sent the item on July 22 which I have placed the order on July 8th? That is a lot of time from the order until the shipping was proceeded. What is this all about? Please explain.
I am very bothered because we have already had this kind of trouble several times.
Please make the order to be delivered as soon as possible, the one which I ordered on July 8th and 11th.
