この度、初めての商品売買のお取引にあたり、いろいろとご協力をいただきまして、誠に有難うございます。私はNUREXの佐藤と申します。早速ですが、L/Cを開設するにあたり、日本の銀行から2点ご質問がございます。①保険証書のオリジナルが2通お送りできないことをお聞きしています。その意図を教えてもらえませんか?通常は2通送られてくる様です。②B/Lは船積みしてから、どのくらいでベトナムの銀行に提出していただけますでしょうか?ご返信いただけますでしょうか?

First, would you explain to us why you cannot provide two original certificates of insurance? Usually it is provided in two. Secondly, how long would it take for you to submit the B/L to the Vietnam’s Bank after shipping? We look forward hearing from you.
