１・このまま受取拒否を行い、品物をあなたに返送しますか？
２・品物を私たちの方で一度受け取り、貴方に向けて返送しますか？

どちらの場合でも私たちは貴方を返金を要請します。
また返送料は貴方が負担するべきでしょう。
