ご連絡ありがとうございます。もしかしましたら、ノブだけとれて箱の中にあるのではないかとおもい、何度も箱の中も確認しました。しかし、見つかりませんでした。非常に困っております。輸送時に取れてしまっても箱の中にはあるはずですが見つかりませんでした。もし輸送中になくなってしまった場合はどうすればよいのでしょうか？

また、もしみつからない場合はノブだけ購入することは可能でしょうか？
