以下の件について至急アドバイスをいただけると助かります。
１．Amazonが提供するTracking CodeのうちFedexのSMARTPOSTは追跡できないという問題。
2つ目は、eBay上で表示される予想配送日に、商品が届いていないという問題です。
eBay上で表示される配送予定日は発送地域のFLORIDAと配送先によって自動計算されています。一方のAmazonはStandard Shippingの場合は配送には1週間程度かかるので予想配送日と実際の配送日に乖離が生じます。
Could you give me some advice about the following as soon as possible?
1. About the problem that I cannot track Smartpost from Fedex among the tracking codes which Amazon provided.
2. About the problem that I haven't received the item within the expected delivery date which ebay told me.
Ebay automatically estimates the expected delivery date by judging how long it takes from Florida to the shipping address. However, Amazon Standard Shipping takes about 1 week to ship, so it causes a gap between the expected delivery date and the actual date of delivery.
