私達は、現在毎週月曜日と水曜日に注文しています。
私達は、水曜日に注文した商品のインボイスを、日本時間の金曜日の夜にEメールで受け取っています。
このスケジュールだと、通関のための書類をスムーズに作れず、予定通りに商品を日本で受け取れません。
そちらの時間の木曜日の夕方、つまり日本時間の金曜日の朝までに、私達がインボイスを受け取る方法はありませんか？
もしそれが無理なら、現在注文している曜日を変更しなければなりませんので、なんとかして欲しいです。

As of now, we are making our orders every Monday and Wednesday.
For the goods that we order on Wednesday we have been receiving the invoices by email during Japan's Friday night hours by email.
If this is the current schedule, we are unable to draft the customs forms in a timely manner and therefore unable to receive the goods on time in Japan.
Is there some kind of way that you can invoice us during the Thursday night your time (which would be morning time Friday in Japan)?
If that is not a possibility, we will have to change our current ordering dates so please work out a solution.
