備考: 商品を注文したお客さまへのメールです。このメール以前に、お客さまに注文商品の個数の確認をしてもらうメールをしています（文中の「先日お送りしたメール」）。

お客さまからの個数確認の返事を待っていますが、返事が来ないため、催促するメールです。ていねいな文体でお願いします。
