今日eBayのアドバイス通り、PayPalの問題解決センターで異議を提出しました。その後すぐにPayPalに電話し、配送中の事故だと伝えたところ、eBayのGlobal Shipping Programでの配送なので、PayPalですべて処理してくれると言われ安心しました。お互いに問題なく解決できそうです。

Today I submitted an objection to problem solving center of Paypal subject to advice of eBay.

Immediately after that, I called Paypal and told them that it was an accident while it had been
delivered.

Then they answered that Paypal processed it in whole since it was delivered
by global shipping program of eBay, and I stopped worrying about it.

I am sure that we will solve it without trouble each other.
