それでしたら身幅は21.5インチ（54cm)あります。
全周で43インチ(108cm)ありますが、現実的に着用可能なのは39インチくらいまでの人かと思います。
それ以上になると窮屈に感じるかと思います。
本当にギリギリのサイズを書くと小さくて着用できないという方が欧米に多かった為、サイズ表記を若干小さく記載しております。

It has 43 inch all around but it's actually available to fit up to person with 39 inch.
After 39 inch, people might feel it is too tight.
To tell you the truth, we put up the size a little smaller since we had a customer in Europe and the United States who couldn't fit with the exact size we stated.
