それでしたら身幅は21.5インチ（54cm)あります。
全周で43インチ(108cm)ありますが、現実的に着用可能なのは39インチくらいまでの人かと思います。
それ以上になると窮屈に感じるかと思います。
本当にギリギリのサイズを書くと小さくて着用できないという方が欧米に多かった為、サイズ表記を若干小さく記載しております。
