1. arrival time
   arrival timeはどちらかというと飛行機や輸送機などの乗り物に使われるイメージがあります。delivery estimateとした方が荷物の配達予定といった感じがより伝わるかなーと思います。

2. point
   おそらく１つだけではないと思うので、複数形の方がより正確かなと思います。

できれば星は５つにしたいくらいなのですが、今回は４つつけさせていただきます。
