備考: イギリスで販売中の商品に関する質問の返答メールの内容です。返品は可能か？その場合の送料はどちらが負担するのか？という質問の返信になります。宜しくお願い致します。

基本的には、商品に欠陥が無い場合の返品の際は、返送料金はお客様の負担となります。
しかし今回は特別に、万が一商品がおきに召さなかった場合は、￡5多く返金します。
但し商品はキッチン用品ですので、未使用に限って返品可能に限りますのでご注意下さい。
また返金は、こちらに商品が戻り次第になりますので、こちらもあわせてご注意下さい。
