Company has the responsibility to assist Agent in sake of successfully having Agent conduct
Agent Works in good faith and smooth corroboration between parties is highly appreciated
therefore Company acknowledges Company also has the duty including but not limited
to the following works(hereinafter referred to as the “Company Works”)


5.1 Company shall, free of charge furnish the information, documents and material quotations, which shall be totally correct and promptly, required by Agent to perform
the AgentWorks under this Agreement

5.2 Company, by its sole discretion will provide the necessary training to Agent’s personal in order to understand or update detail of the Service.

会社は代理店が成功裏にその代理店業務を誠実に遂行することが出来るように援助する責任を有するものとし、双方が円滑に協働することが望まれる。従って会社側は会社側も下記の業務（以降は「会社の業務」として引用する）について、またこれらにとどまらず、職務を有していることを認識するものである。
5.1　会社は代理店がこの契約に基づき代理店業務を遂行する為に要求する情報、書面、価格見積等を正確かつ迅速さをもって、無償で供与するものとする。
5.2　会社はその独自の判断に基づき、そのサービスについての詳細な内容を理解させ、またそれを常に最新のものにする為に代理店の社員に対し必要な訓練をほどこすものとする。
