健康食品が数多く販売されている中、
「おいしいものは糖と脂が多く含まれている」という
キャッチコピーのもと、新しいお茶が大々的に発売されました。
効果としては糖分と脂肪分の吸収を抑えられるそうなんです。
さっそく飲んでみました！
味は普通のお茶でおいしく飲めます。このような健康茶は
苦みが強くて飲みにくいことが多いので意外でした。
ただ、値段がお高めなので毎日は飲めそうにありません…。
お茶に頼ることなく、脂肪分と糖分を抑えた食事を
日頃から心がけることが理想ですね。
