In other words, the energy saving in the production industries had advanced or it meant to say that the productivity had been losing connection with the energy consumption. In addition to the decrease in energy input per production quantity, the production of high-value added products had increased the energy efficiency. In transportation sectors, the increase of energy consumption had been maintained supported by the increase of private cars and the air transportation though the recession had caused to stagnate the energy consumption in the freight transportation sectors.↵
