ネックには当モデルSR2500の為にシェイプされた3pc.メイプルネックを、指板にはローズウッドを採用したトラディショナルなウッドコンビネーションとなっています。他のSRモデルと比較して、JBライクな仕様です。
また24フレット仕様が主流のSRシリーズですが、当モデルのみ22フレット仕様です。
