I personally packed the bumper INCLUDING THE BRACKETS.
I wrapped the brackets in some flat cardboard. you may have tossed the brackets if you thought it was only packing material but they are heavy for their size so I doubt you could have overlooked them.
I hope you find them because I only had those two.

おそらくBracketsはMYUSのスタッフが捨ててしまった
もしくは、
日本への輸送中に紛失したかのどちらかだと思います。
なぜなら、私が一つ目の荷物を受け取ったとき荷物にバンパーのみが入っていましたが、梱包がかなり破れていました。
一つ目の荷物にも二つ目の荷物にもBracketsは入っていませんでした。

In eventuality perhaps the brackets were thrown out by MYUS staff.
Or
While it was in transit to Japan it was lost, either is possible I think.
Why I say this is that when I received the first package, only the bumper was in there, the packaging was damaged quite badly.
There were no brackets in either the first or second package.
