The Individual Sale Agreement shall be deed as a part of this Agreement.

2.2 At the time as this Agreement expires or is early terminated, all Individual Sale Agreements concluded pursuant to this Agreement shall be automatically terminated; provided, however, that all rights and obligations arising prior to such expiration or termination shall be binding upon the Parties.
