以下のオーダーではシステムエラーでクーポンコードが使用できませんでした。
商品代金の20%を返金してください。

今回のこの注文からPR20のクーポンコードが使用できました。

私は何度もこの件についてメールを送っていますが返金される気配がありません。
Anaからは3月5日に以下の返信も頂いています。

20%OFFが適用されなかったすべてのオーダーにおいて、
早急に一部返金手続きを進めて下さい。

Go ahead immediately with the procedures of partial refunding for the orders that were not covered with 20%OFF, please.
