However such a case hardly ever occurs.
The post office which is handling this apparently has never had such a case happen before.

2. The weight reported was incorrect.
However this was also confirmed by both the post office as well as me that there was no such mistake.

3. Possible suspicious circumstances. Depending on the country, there have been cases where even things that have a low price have been overcharged.
Unfortunately the same cases have apparently been known to occur in Singapore.
