規定の配送予定スケジュールは、2月6日～ 2月12日です。
到着予定から、1ヶ月を過ぎていますが、まだ商品は到着していません。

国際郵便とはいえ、1ヶ月以上の充分な時間、到着を待ちました。まだ荷物が届かないということは、何か問題が起きた可能性が高いです。

It has passed more than one month since then, but I have not received the item yet.

Though it is the international postal service, I have been waiting the delivery for an extra time of one month; non-delivery means to have a possibility of some trouble happened on its way.

I would like to request you reshipment or a refund.
