As you can tell from the tracking number, the product was delivered to the buyer on January 2, 2014. So I don't understand what the problem is. If a refund will be issued to the buyer, please return my item. I don't really understand why something like this is happening. This will never happen in my country. Please give me a good enough reason. Then please return the item.

2014年2月5日(水)　これは深刻な問題です。購入者が補償されなければならない正確な理由を教えて下さい。貴社に荷物の追跡番号をお送りしました。この番号からお分かり頂ける通り、商品は2014年1月2日に購入者の元に届いています。ですので、何が問題なのか理解できません。もし、購入者に返金されるようなら、商品を返品して下さい。どうしてこんな事態が発生するのか本当に理解しかねます。私の国なら起こり得ない事です。納得の行く返事を下さい。
