Great Planes did have an issue for a short time where they did not get serial numbers on some Heli Megapacks. Please have your buyers E-mail Real Flight (they can get he contact information at www.a.com).

Hello,
There should be a RealFlight Serial, an Interlink Serial, and then a Heli Megapack Serial Number. On some of their packages, RealFlight accidentally left out the Heli Megapack Serial Number. If they go to www.a.com they can contact RealFlight and tell them they bought one without a Heli Megapack serial number, RealFlight will supply them with the HeliPack serial number they need. (Depending on the purhcase date, Realflight may offer them a free upgrade to V7 also).
