As of January 21, I still have not received the shipment. According to the USPS tracking number that you just gave me, the package has been at Bell Gardens, CA, since January 12.

Is there anything you can do to help me get that item?

I am currently making arrangements for another address in the US as you've told me that you couldn't ship the item to the address that I gave you just the other day. So, please give me some time for this.

In case I can't find the address, I may have to cancel my order.
