備考: オンラインで購入した洋服のお問い合わせ(クレーム?)

10月29日にオーダーした商品についてのお問い合わせです。

私はこの商品を購入してから2ヶ月半で約10回程、着用しました。そして今日、何時ものように着用して１日過ごし、帰宅してアウターを脱ぐと肘の部分が裂けていることに気がつきました。日中アウターを着ていたので、私の不注意で何かに引っ掛けたということはないと思います。(肘を曲げ延ばしているとき裂けたと思われる。ちなみにジャストサイズ。)

Inquiry about the product which I ordered on 29 October.

I wore this product about 10 times during two and a half months after purchase. And today, I found the elbow portion torn when taking the outer off. As I wore the outer during the day, I did not think that it caught something with my carelessness. (It was thought to be torn in bending and stretching the elbow. It fits exactly, for your information.)
