I ordered two 12v150w bulbs on December 12 and five bulbs of the same 12v150 on December 13 but I did not receive any of seven bulbs yet.
When I traced the shipment with the tracking number that I received on December 20, it says that the goods have been shipped to Switzerland.
Does it imply that your company made a mistake when shipping?
Since I need the goods by the end of this week, please resend the goods to my address via express post in case of they are being shipped to a different address by mistake. Make sure that I will receive the goods within a week from today.
I am considering about placing a complaint at eBay too.
