Please accept my apologies for this situation. I wish I could do more in this regard to be able to help you, but unfortunately, there are situations such as this wherein we may not be able to fulfill our seller's requests. I hope you would understand our limitations in this regard.

However, I have taken this concern of yours and transferred it to our payments department, so that in future we could make amends to our system where sellers that were unable to receive funds on their previous settlement dates, could get them as soon as they update their bank account information.
