The coplanarity inspection equipment is the contactless equipment which is used to measure the gap to the surface of object referenced to the glass surface. The basic construction of the equipment is designed to be downsized and which is with the optimized measuring algorithm so that it can be applicable for the production in-line coplanarity inspection.
