Thank you for your feedback. I should have read the text carefully for whether there were more than 1 item.
I was just wondering about the "I'm responsible for my customer's order" part, does it have to be changed? Because the Japanese sentence says お客さんから受注を受けている. It literally means "I 'm getting an order from a customer". I know another translator translated as "I'm responsible for my customer's order". I thought it's more of a personal preference on sentences. Thanks again!

Yes, I think it's better to use "I am responsible for my customer's order." Or you can say "I got the order from my customer so I can not wait any longer."
In Japanese, you can use "お客さんから受注を受けている" to describe you got the order from the customer, but in English it should be in past tense. "I'm getting an order from my customer" means you are actually in the process of getting the order. However, according to this context, you have already got the order from the customer. So, it's not appropriate to literally translate お客さんから受注を受けている to I'm getting an order from my customer...
