私がEMSで発送する時に、伝票に間違えて以前の貴方の住所を書いてしまいました。

I realized soon after and went through the procedure to get the address changed to your new address, and I relieved when I was told by the manager at the post office that it would be fine to change it. However, today I had a phone call from the manager saying that the change of address might not have been done on time. When I looked up the tracking number, I saw that it had been delivered yesterday, so if you have not received it there is a high chance it may have gone to your old address. Is there any chance you would be able to get it from your old address?
