アイテムは郵便事情で紛失です
私は９月３日に日本郵便より航空便で発送しました
カナダですと２週間で到着してます
しかし　セラーとしての責任は取ります
もう完売したので再送は出来ません
返金にてお許しください

Unfortunately, the Item has been lost with the matter of the post office.
I have posted the item on 3rd September by air from Japan post.
It normally takes about 2 weeks for the item to get to Canada.
But I will take a responsibility as a seller.
I can not resend the item as they are all sold out.
So please accept refund as an apology.
